Jesus has risen. We forget too often that God came to Earth as a human to understand our troubles. Jesus died to forgive us, but it is our job to repent and make Amends. Both words essentially mean CHANGE. We must ask for forgiveness and then TURN AWAY FROM OUR SINS. Our sins b ed gin with a thought. We must learn to change our thinking thus altering our behavior.
Praying is talking to God while meditation is listening TO God. Begin in a comfortable position. Concentrate on each breath while exhaling twice as long as inhaling. Imagine a white cord coming down from universe and flowing through you like a ball of energy. Allow this energy to circulate in you before sending it out your body and rooting into the earth. Practice grounding yourself in this manner prior to your meditation. If you don’t fall asleep, then close or end meditation by sending all the energy you just manifested and all your wishes through your body and out your fingers, disconnecting you from the invisible energy cord of the Universe
